Thematic Maps - 1:250,000
There are seven of these and they each cover the whole of the Box-Ironbark area.  Each displays either: 

• A feature associated with the data records for a species (e.g. the most recent date or number of records for a species within a grid) or; 

• A background theme (land use, topography, rainfall, local government, satellite imagery) upon which the distribution of a species can be plotted.  

All maps can be magnified (up to a factor of 3) and then dragged around the display window.

Each map can be sent to a printer or exported as a Windows Metafile (WMF) - a vector format that can be loaded into word processing software.
